The exchange can be made within a period of up to 07 (seven) business days after receiving the part, provided that they do not show signs of use and have not been made with any modification of the original model.

For rings that were sent as ordered and still did not fit the finger, the customer can contact by email or cell phone, and send the ring for readjustment.
